What materials are your dice made of?

All dice on Killer Bee Dice are made of high-quality resin, carefully selected for its durability and aesthetic appeal.

Are your dice handmade?

Yes, I am a one-woman show. Each set of dice is meticulously handcrafted by me to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Can I customize the colors or designs of the dice?

I primarily offer a range of pre-designed dice sets. However, I open up commissions on a regular basis. 

How should I care for and clean my dice?

To ensure the longevity of your dice, I recommend storing them in a soft bag or padded container and gently wiping them with a soft cloth after use. Avoid exposing them to excessive heat or moisture to prevent any damage.

Will my product look exactly as pictured?

All sets sold on Killer Bee Dice are handmade in-studio. With the exception of one-of-a-kind or first-of-a-kind sets (as they will become the display photo), all products will vary slightly in inclusion placement from the display photo. Additionally, I have no control over the settings of your computer display and as such the color you see may vary from the true color of the product.

Are the dice sensitive to extreme temperatures?

Cold:
Some of the dice (and other products) have liquid cores. I take regular precautions to prevent freezing, but as with most liquids they can freeze if exposed to extreme cold temperatures. This can cause the cores to crack or break. If you are shipping to a location that is currently experiencing freezing temperatures, I urge you to choose "Cold Protection" to help mitigate any damage. "Cold Protection" lets me know to pack your order with increased insulation and I will upgrade the shipping method to USPS Priority. 

Hot:

All of the dice (and other products) are made with premium epoxy resin. While they are safe and sturdy to use in warmer climates, resin can become soft or pliable if left in extreme heat for extended periods of time, causing your product to warp. 

Can I order individual dice instead of a complete set?

Currently, I primarily offer complete sets to ensure the best value for my customers. However, I may introduce individual dice options in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Are your dice balanced for fair gameplay?

Yes! Handmade dice, in general and when made properly, are often more balanced that mass-produced dice. I take great care to ensure that my dice are properly balanced. Each die undergoes testing to ensure randomness and fairness, allowing for an enjoyable gaming experience. 

Please take note that due to the nature of some sets (such as liquid core dice with heavy inclusions), absolute balance is impossible.

Can I see more detailed photos of the dice before making a purchase?

Certainly! I strive to provide high-quality product images on the website. However, if you require additional images or have specific questions about a particular set, please contact me through the contact form, and I'll be happy to assist you.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Pre-designed sets:
I strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Custom sets:
Deliver times on custom orders vary greatly. Some factors that affect shipping times include:

  • Your place in line for your order
  • Time it takes to create the product 
  • Time it takes to sand, polish, and finalize your order
  • Minimum curing time (I don't ship sooner than 7 calendar days after casting the product. This ensures a full and hard cure and time to quality check your product)
  • The shipping method you chose at checkout

What is your return policy?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues or receive a defective product, please contact me as soon as possilbe with your order number for assistance. Some restrictions apply. Please see the refund policy for full details. 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time I ship only within the United States. However, I am always exploring ways to improve the business, so stay tuned for updates!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
